CANCELLATION POLICY

A 100% cancellation fee will apply for no-shows or cancellations made without rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, your first reschedule is free. However, any additional reschedules will incur a fee of 50% of the service price, as this time could have been offered to another client. Please note: The rescheduling fee is separate from your initial deposit and will not be applied toward your appointment balance.
